Message	For instance, if I fill at a Chevron, I know it's better then the local Wilco. The Wilco not only has crap in the tanks, but it is also a lower octane then they say. You can tell running the two fuels in the vehicle. When people refer to them being "watered down" they don't usually mean it literally.
